Vatundoo Custom Art Show - E-mail

For those of you interested in purchasing the one-of-a-kind custom figures can request by e-mail as well!

**E-mail request period: April 30th (Thu) ~ May 13th (Wed)


Entrants by e-mail:
Deadline to enter by e-mail: Until May 13th (Wed), e-mail shall indicate 05/13/09
*Entries will be chosen randomly and will not be based in the order received
*All e-mails that have been sent after May 13th (Wed) will be disqualified

Entrants by e-mail:
Please indicate the following on your e-mail:
Subject: Vatundoo 1pc Custom Entry Form
Body: Requested item # and description (Please make sure to indicate the No. listed below), name, address, phone number, e-mail address, method of claiming the item (ex. pick up, c.o.d., etc.)

**Within 2 days, we will respond to confirm receipt of your e-mail. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any e-mails malfunctions.

Entries:
*Entries that are incomplete and/or invalid information will be voided.
*A drawing will be held for items with multiple entries.
*Winners will be contacted
*Entrants that were not chosen will not be contacted
*One entry per item per person
*Multiple entries per item will be disqualified.
*Entries are not limited on the number of items.

2. A drawing will be held for items with multiple entries.
